NGO Changemakers is focused towards popularizing non-formal entrepreneurship education through youth programs, e-courses and trainings for other organizations or groups. They bring together youngsters and social enterprises to help them with marketing, thus creating value for enterprises, as well as giving young people the chance to see how an actual enterprise works and learn about marketing. In addition, through programs and courses, they work to increase the soft skills in young people, including but not limited to team work, time planning, performing and socializing skills.
Through introducing young people to social enterprises the youngsters are subjected to learning skills important in life and thus making it easier for them to enter the workforce, as well as making them more likely to create their own social enterprise.
