Ftartchi is a catering and delivery service managed by APES, which seeks to establish a new model of the collaborative economy in the field of catering in Greater Tunis. We connect the need for local, seasonal, and affordable food with the unvalued talents of unemployed women. Since the beginning of the project, we have worked hard to meet the needs of many customers, companies, organizations, or individuals and private events.
